Art Lobaugh grew up in Iowa, and now lives in Florida with his wife where he is obsessed with music, artwork, billiards, watches, writing, automobiles, golf and all things e-bikes. Art is a Navy Veteran who served with distinction on the USS South Carolina (CGN37) from 1977-1981. Art retired in 2011 after a long career in Information Technology.
